The hotel is located on the beach Beautiful promenade in front The meals where good and with variety Each evening they were having a spectacle (not loud to disturb the other guests) The pool was also great to have. The rooms are big, quiet and clean. The staff is very friendly. Free water water from filters located on each floor.

Great staff with can do attitude. Clean, well maintained, good facilities. Great beach which is ‘hoovered’ each morning. The area felt safe for all Buffet breakfast had lots of options most of which were good. From cakes to fresh fruit via fried and continental there is something for everyone

Receptionist Rossi was super friendly, hospitable and just professional in this service. She helped us, speed answered on our questions, provided us with useful recommendations. Food at breakfast and lunch was extremely delicious. Lunch consisted of hot dishes, wide variability of meat/fish/seafoods/deserts/ice cream. Drinks at lunch are to be paid extra. Christmas atmosphere was felt via pretty decorations and photo area in lobby. Room was big, beds-comfortable. If you need kettle, you can ask at reception.

The breakfast was first class. Everything from fruit, cooked vegetables, cold and cooked meats, cheeses, eggs in different ways, cereals, coffees, teas, juices, breads, pastries, and to top it all off chilled champagne. The location was right on the beach and we had a balcony and view overlooking the beach and ocean. All the comforts we wanted and a fridge too. Near to shopping and restaurants of all kinds if you didn't want to drink and dine at the hotel itself. Staff were courteous complying with all wishes.

Room was very big, facing the sea and overlooking the pool. Staff were exceptionally helpful. The hotel is in a great location for local bars and restaurants and near bus stops to go into Gandia Old Town. Hotel is very clean.

as Muslim I didn't like the way they cooked the food and the way they sign it they put on the menu list sardines without saying it has pork and next day the pasta the put pasta without mentioning it had pork why you doing that you should accommodate everybody I had to vormit after having sardines bad experience

we have stayed here before and have always had a very good experience - comfortable room with sea view, and the sound of the waves, dinner and breakfast buffet with an excellent choice of food, friendly staff, easy parking.

It was a comfortable hotel with great buffet dinner. The staff were very kind and helpful. The cleaning was done daily. They kindly updated my room to sea view for free. I was there alone however didnt feel unwelcome.

Great location, very friendly staff, large comfortable rooms with orthopedic beds and pillows😍. I also liked the stylish carafe in the room and filtered water in the corridors. Hotel care about environment🤩 Many thanks for a variety of delicious meals😋, especially vegan and gluten-free food👌 The zone Unique on the roof - it's the greatest opportunity for luxury relax🥰
